He was born in 1949 in the Montenegro region of the Sulaymaniyah province of Iraq. He graduated from the Islamic Institute in 1969 and became the first graduate of the institute in his own region. In 1970, with the approval of many teachers, he received his license on Islamic sciences. In 1975, he received a license on this subject by studying Kutub-i Sitte. He received his bachelor's degree in Islamic Law in Baghdad and graduated in 1975 with outstanding success. In 1980, he successfully completed his master's degree in Azhar University, Faculty of Law. Continuing his doctoral studies in the Faculty of Law of the same University, Karadâğî completed his thesis in the field of Contracts and Financial Transactions, and completed his doctorate in 1985 with a superior degree. Due to the appreciation and appreciation of the thesis he prepared, he received advice and suggestions about printing it and sending it to other universities. Some of the important tasks he has undertaken are: 1. General Secretariat of the International Union of Muslim Scholars 2. Presidency of the Advisory Council, which is affiliated to the Organization of the Islamic Conference and established to bring Islamic sects closer together 3. Fatwa and Research Council, Vice Presidency of Europe 4. Professor of Postgraduate Education, Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Studies, Qatar University 5. Chairman or executive member of Islamic banks and insurance companies in the Gulf Arab countries and in many parts of the world. 6. Membership of Sharia Account and Audit Councils of many Islamic financial institutions and committees 7. Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Iraqi Human Development University Apart from these, more than twenty scientific publications, invitations, awareness raising etc. Karadâğî, who is a member of the institution established for these purposes, is also a member of many international jurisprudence councils. Karadağı, who has more than eighty scientific researches and more than twenty books and copyrights, is also a constant participant in many Islamic organizations such as the Islamic Law Academy, the World Muslim Scholars Union, the International Islamic Law Academy, the Organization of the Islamic Conference, the European International Fatwa and Research Council.
